Team Training

 

Are you in a sports team and looking to gain fitness for the season?

 

Team training is a brilliant way to get fit and incorporate some team building within your team.

 

These sessions are 60 minutes and vary from week to week dependant on what your team are looking for. The sessions are all ‘boot camp’ style training and specific to the sport you are training for.

 

 

Boxercise

 

Boxercise is a great way to enjoy exercise. I run a number of classes in the area. If you are looking to start boxercise with a group of friends I have a small space in which you can enjoy the same experience with a group of friends.

 

 

Summer session

 

I run summer fitness sessions at the Horsham Sports club on Cricketfield road.

 

It runs as a 3 week programme starting on the 27th July.

 

1st block Monday 27th, 3rd and 10th July

 

2nd block Monday 17th, 24th and31st

 

£5 per session or £10 upfront for 3 weeks.
