Small Group Personal Training
Do you have a group of friends that you would feel comfortable training with? This is a great way for you to enjoy specific fitness sessions and still enjoy your time with your friends.
After having your first session to see fitness levels I will then plan a specific session to meet each of your individual needs.
Group sessions are 55 minutes long and are specific to everyone in the group.
