One to One Personal Training

 

If you would like a more personal feel to your session then one to one sessions are for you.

 

In these sessions we will concentrate on your individual goals and review these goals on a regular basis. Together we will create an individual fitness program that will push you to reach your goals.

 

Working as a mobile personal trainer gives you the flexibity to excerise in the comfort of your own home, I work with minimal equipment and can work in small spaces whilst still acheiving great results.

 

Using a wide range training techniques from TRX to PT Boxing you will always be doing something different to keep you interested throughout your training.

 

One to one sessions are either 60 minutes or 30 minutes.
