Recovery Taping

 

This form of taping is used for rehabilitation or therapeutic reasons.

 

RockTape does not affect your range of movement and therefore enables you to continue you chosen sport with reduced pain. RockTape can aid postural correction and is a long term way to help you reduce pain and recover from an injury.

 

RockTape is medically proven to speed up recovery from an injury, the tape helps to improve circulation of blood to the affected area by lifting the skin. The more blood you have at the affected area the quicker that area will heal.

 

Taping is ideal before a sporting event for you to feel comfortable to continue to perform at a high standard. It doesnt take long to apply so is covienient for me to apply at any time when you have spare moment.
